IMX290 is a Sony 1/2.8-inch rolling-shutter CMOS image sensor from the STARVIS family, engineered for low-light and NIR imaging. It outputs 1920x1080 (2.1 MP) at 120 fps over MIPI CSI-2, LVDS, or parallel interfaces, with 2.9 um pixels on a 6.39 mm diagonal. The rectilinear formula FoV = 2 × arctan(dimension ÷ (2 × focal length)) is incorrect for many lenses as it doesn't include distortion.
