4mm M12 Lens for up to 1/2.5" Sensors such as ISX031 and AR0234

The CIL337 is a 3.6mm automotive M12 lens for ADAS camera systems. It gives you a 133° field of view across a 7.2mm image circle, so the lens covers the scene widths that surround-view and parking cameras need. At F/1.6, it also pulls in enough light for low-illumination driving scenes where slower optics start to force longer exposure or more gain.

The 7-element all-glass design resolves 3MP at 2.1μm pixel pitch on 1/2.5" sensors like the ISX031 and AR0234. Distortion is -13% F-Theta, which is normal at this field angle and easy to map inside automotive stitching pipelines. You would not pick this lens for raw metrology, but it is a good fit when coverage and low-light performance matter more than straight edges at the frame boundary.

The M12A variant is IP69K rated and sealed against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets. The AL6061 barrel and cap handle vibration and thermal cycling from -40°C to +85°C storage, and the 5g weight keeps load down in vehicle-mounted assemblies. You can order CIL337-F1.6-M12A650 with a 650nm IRC filter for daylight ADAS or CIL337-F1.6-M12ANIR without a filter for NIR sensing. The lens mounts to FLIR Blackfly S, Allied Vision Alvium, iDS uEye LE, The Imaging Source, and Basler Dart cameras, while e-con Systems boards need a 10–15mm tall holder.
