25mm IR Corrected M12 Lens for 10MP 1/1.7" Day-Night Cameras Such as IMX678

CIL250 is a 25mm IR corrected M12 lens for day/night imaging on 1/1.7" sensors up to 10MP. The IR correction holds the focus plane stable from visible light through 850nm near-infrared, so a camera that switches to NIR at night stays sharp without mechanical refocus.

The 20-degree horizontal field of view works for license plate recognition at 10 to 30 meters, perimeter monitoring, agricultural imaging, and RGBIR systems built around sensors such as the OX05B1S or IMX678. If you need reach from a small board camera, this is the use case.

The fixed F/2.0 aperture gives you reasonable light collection for a 25mm lens, and distortion stays below 3%. The 9.4mm image circle covers 1/1.7" cleanly. The 30mm total track length and 6g weight also keep the package small enough for embedded systems, UAV payloads, and multi-camera arrays.

The entrance pupil sits at 9.9mm, which reduces vignetting on cameras with recessed sensor windows. Many compact 25mm M12 lenses overlook that detail, and it usually shows up later as lost corner performance.
